By accessing, browsing, or using any part of hh98.wine — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or engaging with any game or promotion on hh 98 — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with hh 98 and confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

hh 98 uses automated systems to calculate and settle bets based on official results from the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket and PSL, FIFA for football, and so on). Settlement occurs automatically once the official result is confirmed — in most cases within 30–60 seconds of match completion.

In the event of a bet being placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, hh 98 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your wallet. hh 98 will notify you of any such voiding via account notification.

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled before it begins and is not rescheduled within 48 hours.
• A cricket or PSL match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result under Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent rules.
• A technical fault on hh 98's platform prevents bets from being recorded or settled correctly.
• The official result is overturned within 72 hours of the event by the governing body.

For matches that are delayed but completed within 12 hours of the original start time, all pre-match bets remain valid and are settled on the actual result. Venue changes do not void bets unless hh 98 specifically states otherwise for a particular event.

For live dealer games including Andar Bahar and other table games on hh 98, all game outcomes are determined by the physical dealing of cards or relevant game mechanics under the supervision of a live dealer. Game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live round, hh 98 will settle the bet based on the recorded game outcome once the session log is reviewed. Resolution of live game disputes typically takes place within the same business day.

hh 98 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
